This quick cast iron ribeye steak recipe uses our Prime Steak Seasoning to create a rich, restaurant-quality crust at home. Perfect for date night or meal prep.
Ingredients

2 boneless ribeye steaks (1.5–2 inches thick)

1 tbsp Prime Steak Seasoning

1 tbsp avocado oil or high-heat oil

2 tbsp unsalted butter

2 garlic cloves, smashed

1 sprig fresh rosemary or thyme
Directions
Pat steaks dry and season both sides generously with Prime Steak Seasoning. Let rest 10 minutes.
Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and add oil.
