These easy grilled veggie skewers are packed with charred flavor and herbs from our Grilled Veggie Seasoning blend. A healthy, colorful side dish perfect for summer.
Ingredients

1 zucchini, sliced into rounds

1 yellow squash, sliced into rounds

1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch squares

1 red onion, cut into chunks

1 tbsp Grilled Veggie Seasoning

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice
-
4–6 wooden or metal skewers
Directions
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Soak wooden skewers in water if using.
In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, and Grilled Veggie Seasoning.
Toss chopped vegetables in the mixture to coat evenly.
Thread veggies onto skewers in alternating patterns.
Grill for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and lightly charred.
