Ingredients

8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

1.5 tbsp Sweet Heat Seasoning

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Fresh parsley or green onion, for garnish
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C). Line a baking tray with foil or parchment.
Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
Mix Sweet Heat Seasoning with olive oil and rub evenly onto the chicken.
Arrange thighs skin-side up and bake for 25 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix honey and apple cider vinegar.
Brush mixture over chicken and return to oven for 5–7 more minutes until caramelized.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley or green onion.
